Another Great Way to Use Air Fresheners

You’d be surprised by how many great ways there are to use air fresheners. They’re not just for spritzing in the air. One of our favorites is to use our air freshener’s to battle the unpleasant smell of, dare we say it, poop. Just keep your bottle of Pure Care air freshener handy and spray it directly into the toilet before doing your business (a polite way to put it). The pure essential oils in our air fresheners will create a lovely smelling odor shield. The theory behind this tip is that by spraying the air fresheners in first, the poopy odor won’t have the time to smell up your bathroom which is particularly embarrassing if you have to share it. If you’ve ever had to deal with the lingering odors of a particularly smelly bathroom session, you’re really going to appreciate this tip. Go ahead, give it a try! Your fellow bathroom mates will love you for it.

A Quick and Thorough Way to Clean Your Blender

You’re going to love this one – instead of taking your blender apart to clean it, just fill it 1/4 to half way, add 2 or 3 drops of dish soap (only 1 or 2 if you’re using Pure Care’s soap berry dish soap). Next, put the top back on the blender, turn it on, and let it run for a few seconds. Then, just pour out the dish soap mixture, rinse and air dry. Sure beats the heck out taking the blender apart every time you clean it.

Tired of Having Pet Stains and Odors Take Over Your Home?

Try this handy, non-toxic recipe:

1 cup of baking soda
1 teaspoon of eco-friendly, Pure Care dish soap
1/2 a cup 3% hydrogen peroxide
A bowl

Directions:

Cover the pet stain with a rag or paper towels and lightly walk over the spot, or place something heavy on top of it to absorb excess liquid. Next, sprinkle an ample amount of baking soda, about a handful, over the stain once no more liquid can be pulled up. Now, mix together a ½ cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide and 1 teaspoon of the eco-friendly dish liquid. Gradually pour the mixture over the baking soda and stain. How to Clean Your Natural Stone Countertops

First and foremost; never apply scouring powder (scouring creams are just as damaging), or any cleaning product containing abrasive or chemical laden ingredients for that matter. Even popular cleaning ingredients like lemon and vinegar contain acids that can cause a lot of damage to the surface of your countertops. Instead, use a good, non-toxic, non-abrasive product like Pure Care’s household cleaners which come with the added bonus of leaving any room you use it in smelling great.
